We are proud to continue the legacy of the L J Wesson Charitable Settlement, originally founded by the late Leonard Wesson — a man devoted to helping others and giving back to his community.
Today, his grandson John Wesson has the honour of moving the charity forward under the Multibank name, bringing a fresh, modern approach to philanthropy in an ever-changing world.
We remain a family-run charity based in Milton Keynes, driven by the same core values of compassion, purpose, and action that inspired our founding.
Multibank Donations UK is funded through generous financial support from our exclusive logistics partner, Cartridge Recycling UK Ltd.
In addition to providing
direct cash donations, Cartridge Recycling UK Ltd handles the collection, processing, and redistribution of surplus products from large retail partners — including household names like Amazon.
This unique collaboration allows us to operate efficiently while directing maximum impact toward the charities, CICs, and community-led projects we support.
What started as a family legacy has grown into a modern operation with national reach — all thanks to strong partnerships and a shared vision for good.
At Multibank Donations UK, our purpose is simple: to make a tangible difference in the lives of others.
We use our funding and donated goods to support a broad network of registered charities, social enterprises, CICs, and grassroots initiatives — providing both financial assistance and essential resources where they are most needed.
Led by Chairman John Wesson and Trustee Tanya Phillips, we continue to honour our founding values while adapting to the challenges and opportunities of today.
